We are very excited about this portion of the Raven Singletrack web site.  It's very easy to ride day after day and not give much thought to the hard work that goes into building the trail beneath our wheels.

This page is dedicated to the people and the process of trail building.  We will do our best to document new trail projects as they happen and hopefully light some fires to get more people involved.  It doesn't look like it at first glance, but it really is fun to swing big tools and move some dirt.

Many people have asked about the machine.  Here it is.  Don't kid yourself, this isn't some magic Dr. Seuss-mobile that creates pristine trail as it drives through the woods.  There's still lots of work to be done by hand even with this machine at work.
